Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application seeking correction in the order dated 12.7.2010
passed on the bail application.

The application is allowed and the order dated 12.7.2010 is corrected as
follows:

“In the first line of the last paragraph of the order dated 12.7.2010, the name
i.e. ‘Sandeep Kumar’ shall be read as ‘Sudeep Kumar ‘ ”
