Mr.Patel,
learned counsel for the opponent, after some argument states before
the court that 33% amount shall be given credit in the principal
amount as well as in the interest in proportionate manner and and
corrected calculation shall be supplied on 06.09.2011.

that date failing which, bailable warrant shall be issued against
