Order of the First Appellate Authority:
FAA passed order in respect of following points:
Point No.1: Third party information; PIO(Fir) was directed to issue a letter to Ms Daljit Kaur
            within 3 days for providing information after having reply from third party (Ms
            Daljit Kaur).
Point No.2, 3, 4: PIO (Secy. Estt.) is directed to supply the requisite information to the Appellant
            within 7 days.

The PIO has provided the information as directed by the FAA. The PIO is now directed
to provide the following information to the Appellant:
1- The age, height and chest measurement of all the successful candidates.
2- The dates on which the applications were received.

Decision:

The appeal is allowed.

The PIO is directed to give the information mentioned above to the Appellant before
20 April 2010.
