2. 27.08.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the

State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the

offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code,

Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3/5 of the Explosive

Substance Act.

Considering that there is allegation against the

petitioner of having caused the death of the deceased along

with other co-accused persons, I am not inclined to grant bail to

the petitioner.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial in view

of the serious nature of the offence.
