ORAL ORDER

Heard
learned advocate Mr.M.B. Gandhi for the applicants. He complains
that the application of the applicants filed in the year 2003, which
was to be decided within 15 days as stated by one Shri K.S.
Prajapati, In-charge Under Secretary, Revenue Department, who was
present before the Court on 29th December 2010, is yet not
decided. Learned AGP Mr.J.K. Shah wants time to inquire into the
matter. It will be in fitness of things if the said application is
already not decided be decided by the next date of hearing.
