Although Advocates are abstaining from work, but Smt. Deepika, sister of
opposite party no. 3, appears since the date of today was fixed by this Court
vide order dated 23.12.2009. She is being identified by Sri K. D. Singh,
Advocate.
As it comes out from order dated 23.12.2009 on that day too Smt. Deepika
appeared and declined of sending the matter before the Mediation Centre of
this Court, but this Court had directed her to think over the matter and appear
before this Court today. Today, on being asked from her as to whether she is
agreeable of sending the matter before the Mediation Centre of this Court or
not, she replied in negative and, therefore, the matter cannot be referred to the
Mediation Centre.
List this case on 3rd February,2010.
Till 3rd February, 2010, stay order granted on 07.12.2009 shall continue.
Smt. Deepika, who is present today, need not appear unless specifically called
for.
