. The petitioner is an accused in the case registered under Sections
384
,385/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the
petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case while he along with other co-accused
had gone to the principal to get information regarding admission of their wards whose
admission was wrongly denied, but the principal of that School instead of entertaining
them lodged an F.I.R. against the petitioner and other co-accused namely Nagendra
Kumar, Arvind Singh and Raj Kumar Chandravanshi; other co-accused have been
granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 325 of 2011; he is a local permanent resident and
there is no chance of his absconding.

Learned A.P.P. opposed the petitioner’s prayer for bail but after going
through the record he has not disputed the other contentions of learned counsel for the
petitioner.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the
petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount, each, to the
satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar in connection with Latehar
P.S. Case No. 153 of 2010, corresponding to G.R. No. 675 of 2010.
