Mr.Rathee has filed reply on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5 in
Court today and a copy thereof has been furnished to the learned counsel for
the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the
pendency of the petition, the respondent has passed order dated 30.4.2008
(Mark ‘A’) and the petitioner is satisfied with that order.

Mr.Rathee to ensure that the order mark ‘A’ shall be
implemented within four weeks from today as the petitioner is to retire in
October 2008.

In view of the above, writ petition is rendered infructuous and
the same is dismissed as such.
