petitioner and Mr. Prabhakar Tekrival, learned Government No.1 for

the respondents.

Let petitioner serve two sets of his pleadings on learned

Government Advocate No.1, within a period of one week, failing

which the writ petition shall stand rejected without further reference to

a Bench. Let the respondents file a counter affidavit within a period

of three months.

Put up after four months at the top of the list with a view

to its final disposal. Time in the meanwhile may be utilized by the

parties for completion of pleadings.
