This writ petition was filed against the order dated 31.3.1999 by which
petitioner was directed to hand over charge on the basis of order of this court
dated 26.3.1999.

Petitioner aggrieved by the order passed by the basis Shiksha Adhikari filed
this writ petition. The order was passed on the basic of order of High Court.
So no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

By lapse of time the writ petition has become infructuous.

It is hereby dismissed as infructuous.

No order as to costs.
