It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that the case has
been listed wrongly under Chapter XII Rule 4 of the High Court Rules.He has
further submitted that Sri Prabhat Kumar, learned counsel has filed
Vakalatnama on behalf Nihaluddin, proposed L.R. of the deceased-opposite
party no. 3, but, his name has not been shown in the cause list.

List in the next cause list showing the name of Sri Prabhat Kumar as counsel
for the opposite party.
