Background
1. The Applicant filed an RTI request dt.13.6.08 with the CPIO, BSNL, New Delhi.
He requested for information against 9 points regarding the seniority list that
was issued vide order No.33-2/2003-CWG dt.12.4.04. The CPIO replied on
23.9.08 furnishing point wise information. Not satisfied with the reply, the
applicant filed his first appeal dt.30.7.08 with the Appellate Authority
reiterating his request for the information. On not receiving any reply from
the First Appellate Authority, the Appellant filed his second appeal before the
CIC on 9.9.08.
2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the
hearing on February 18, 2009.
3. Both the Appellant and the Respondent were absent at the hearing.
Decision
4. Since both the parties were not present at the hearing, the case is closed.
