Question of maintainability of this writ petition challenging the orders 
passed in proceedings under Section 122­B has been referred for 
adjudication by a larger Bench vide order dated 29.1.2010  in writ 
petition   nos.   3849   of   2009   Shiv   Ram   vs.   State   of   U.P.   and 
others and 690 of 2009, Riyasat vs. State of U.P.

List   this   petition   after   adjudication   by   the   larger   Bench.   In   the 
meantime, the parties may exchange affidavits. 

Considering the facts and circumstances, until further orders of this 
Court, dispossession of the petitioner from the land in dispute and 
realization of damages in pursuance to the order impugned in the writ 
petition shall remain stayed.
