Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The date of death of the employee is 24.8.1983.

The contention raised is that as a matter of fact the petitioner engaging
the attention of the State Government relaxing the period for the
presentation of the application for compassionate appointment. If that is
so, it is open to the petitioner to persuade his remedy before the State
Government.

With the above observations the writ petition is disposed of.
