J U D G M E N T
Petitioner approached this court with certain
grievances regarding his promotion as Senior Administrative
Officer and for other consequential reliefs. It is seen that the
petitioner has already retired from service. Therefore, the writ
petition is disposed of making it clear that in case the petitioner
has still any grievance left, it will be open to him to approach the
Government, in which case, the matter will be duly considered by
the Government with notice to the petitioner, first respondent and
other affected parties, if any, and appropriate orders in
accordance with law will be passed within another four months.
