                                  O R D E R

The Revision is filed challenging the order in appeal, which arose

from an order dismissing the application filed under Order XXXIX Rule

1 of the Code of Civil Procedure. There was no stay of the suit.

2. The Registry has got telephonic information from the

Principal Munsiff’s Court, Kozhikode-I that O.S.No. 731 of 1998 was

disposed of on 31.05.2003.

The Civil Revision Petition has therefore become infructuous

and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
