Prayer: This petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Certiorari  calling for the records of the 5th Respondent in particular File No.02/Nov/2006 INC dated 30.11.2006 in so far as the petitioner "Sathya Vijay School of Nursing" Vellore is concerned and quash the same.
