7 26/08/2010 Let this matter come up in top ten cases after two

weeks as both the petitioner and the State would be

obliged to update themselves about the current status

with regard to the fact that whether there are any post to

be filled of the kind in which the petitioner is seeking

regularization and such other matters which has

relevance to the adjudication. Affidavit from both sides

would surely assist the Court in adjudicating the matter.
