Having heard learned counsel for the parties we are of the opinion that the
present writ petition is misconcieved. The petitioner has filed a Civil Revision
No. 287 of 2004 which is pending before this Court. The petitioner may file
an application for the relief sought for in the present writ petition in the
aforesaid Civil revision.

The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
