This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree in LAR 305/1994 on
the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvananthapuram in respect of a property acquired
for the Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram. Since the land value has become
final in view of the judgment in LAA 833/2001, this appeal is dismissed.
