The Court : These four applications relate to the substitution of

the plaintiff who has died several years back and setting aside of the

abatement. The principal defendants have not been served since the

applicant says that the papers served at their original address have

returned unserved. The applicant claims that the applicant is aware of an

alternative address. Leave is given to the applicant to cause service of the

cause papers on the defendant Nos.1 to 5 at the alternative address. The

defendant Nos.6 and 7 are represented.

Let these matters appear five weeks hence.

Urgent certified photocopies of this order, if applied for, be

given to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
