श्री बची सिंह रावत ‘बचदा’  (अल्मोड़ा) : मैं प्रस्ताव करता हूं कि गायों के प्रति क्रूरता के निवारण के लिए प्रभावी उपायों और उसके अनुषंगिक विषयों का उपबंध करने वाले विधेयक को पुर:स्थापित करने की अनुमति दी जाए।

MR. DEPUTY-SPEAKER: The question is:

“That leave be granted to introduce a Bill to provide for effective measures for the prevention of cruelty to Cows and for matters incidental thereto.”

The motion was adopted.
