A supplementary affidavit has been filed by the learned counsel for the
petitioner. He says that he will show some direct authorities that the
employees of the federation can maintain writ petition.

Serious objection has been raised by the counsel for the opposite party
Mr. Sudhanshu Chauhan who says that federation is also a society like
Chini Mills. The dispute is to be decided by the Registrar itself.
