ORAL ORDER

1.Learned counsel, Shri Munshaw, for the
appellant-Corporation states that a cheque No.1403315
dated 3rd May, 2003, for Rs.75,415/-, drawn on State Bank
of India, Junagadh Branch, in favour of R.P. Ladani is
prepared and the same will be sent by Registered Post to
Shri Ladani today.

2.In view of the above, ad-interim relief granted
earlier by the Division Bench of this Court on 10.2.2003
is confirmed on the same terms and conditions till the
pendency and final disposal of the Letters Patent Appeal.

3.Letters Patent Appeal be posted for admission on
Friday, the 9th May, 2003.
