Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The question sought to be agitated, before this Court in this

Public Interest Litigation is of the nature, where Executive has to

take action as to where a particular Block Headquarter is to be

situated. This is not a matter where the Public Interest Litigation

is to be entertained.

This Court does not consider it appropriate to entertain this

petition, which is accordingly, dismissed.
