                                               ORDER

Sh. Atam Prakash Mehta, the Appellant vide his RTI application dated
24.08.2009, sought details of action taken by the police on his complaints. Sh. Amit Roy,
the PIO / Addl. Commissioner of Police, vide letter dated 18.09.2009, replied point-wise
reply to the Appellant. Not satisfied with the reply of the PIO, the Appellant filed an
appeal before the First Appellate Authority (FAA). Sh. Surender Singh, Yadav, the
FAA / Dy. Commissioner of Police, vide order dated 18.11.2009, upheld the reply of the
PIO. Hence, the present appeal before the Commission.

The matter was heard on 15.06.2010.

Sh. Atam Prakash Mehta, the Appellant was present.
Sh. Satyadev, Inspector and Sh. S. S. Hasan, ACP/DPS, NE represented the
Respondent Public Authority.

After hearing the parties and on perusal of the relevant documents, the
Commission finds that the complete requisite information available on record and
permissible under the RTI Act, has already been furnished to the Appellant. The
Commission does not find any infirmity in the replies of the Respondents.

With this observation the matter is disposed off accordingly.
