The following were present:
Appellant: Absent;
Respondent: Mr. M. S. Mudhol, EO(Z-5) on behalf of Mr. R. N. Sharma, PIO & DDE (NE);
The Respondent states that he has supplied all the information available on the records to the
Appellant. Some of the information sought by the Appellant is not available with the Department and
since the school is a private unaided school and therefore not a public authority it is not possible to
transfer the RTI Application to the said school.

The Appeal is disposed.
