                               ORAL ORDER

  A   joint   request   is   made  for   adjourning  the 
matter. On the earlier date, since a positive picture 
was   given   indicating   possibility   of   conciliation, 
considering   the   young   daughter   who   is   aged   about   8 
years, such request was acceded to.

Both the sides shall let the Court inform on 
the next date of hearing as to whether any amicable 
settlement has arrived at between the parties and if 
the answer is in negation, the matter shall be kept 
for orders thereafter.
