Learned counsel for the appellants states that Anis – appellant no. 1 was
granted short term bail on 18.12.2009. He also informs that Anis has already
surrendered before the Court and a certificate in this regard will be submitted
within a week.

As prayed one week time is granted to submit the surrender certificate. List
