The petitioners who are the respondents in O.A.No.704/06

challenge Exhibit P3 order in that O.A. and also Exhibit P5 order in

Review Application No.32/07 filed in that O.A. But, we notice that the

point raised by the writ petitioners is covered against them by the

decision of the CAT in O.A.No.277/04 which was upheld by this Court

in Exhibit P7 judgment in W.P.(C)No. 3618/06 and connected case.

Therefore, we feel that it is unnecessary to refer to the detailed facts

of this case.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
