                                 O R D E R

The review petitioners approached this court seeking

promotion. This court directed the competent authority to consider

their claim. This petition is filed seeking a review of that judgment.

At the first instance, the competent authority is to take a decision

in the matter. Therefore, I find no reason to review the judgment.

If the result of consideration of their claim is not satisfactory, the

petitioners will be free to challenge it. Subject to that observation,

review petition is closed.
