ORAL ORDER

By
way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following
reliefs:

(A). Be pleased to
admit this Special Civil Application

(B).

Be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or
direction, in the nature of mandamus, quashing and setting aside the
action/order of transfer of the petitioner, transferring him from
Valsad Town Police Station to Ahwa and further be pleased to direct
the respondents to repost/restore the petitioner at Valsad Police
Station as Police Inspector with all consequential and incidental
benefits.

(C) Pending
admission, hearing and final disposal fo this application, be pleased
to stay the implementation, execution enforcement and operation of
the transfer order, transferring the petitioner from Valsad Town
Police Station to Ahwa, and be further pleased to direct the
respondents to continue and/or repost the petitioner as P.I. at
Valsad Town Police Station without any disturbance and/or to direct
the respondents to maintain status quo as prevailed prior to passing
of the order of transfer of the petitioner.??

However,
by efflux of time, the petition has become infructuous and hence
requires to be dismissed and is dismissed accordingly. Rule is
discharged. Interim relief, if any, granted earlier, shall stand
vacated.
