                        J U D G M E N T

Petitioners approached this Court with certain grievance

with regard to the interference of the first respondent on the

appointments to the post of Attender. It is submitted that

selection process had already been completed and appointment

has been made in the year 2006. Therefore, this writ petition is

disposed of making it clear that in case the first respondent has

not completed the enquiry, the same shall be completed

expeditiously.
