Short counter affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party is
taken on record, whereby a decision taken on the petitioner’s
case by the District Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar has been
brought on record, upon perusal of which I am satisfied with
the action of opposite party. Petitioner also feels satisfied
with the action taken by the opposite party.
Therefore, I hereby dismiss the contempt petition and
discharge the contempt notice.
