                         J U D G M E N T

The prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the

second respondent to publish separate seniority lists of Diploma

holders and Certificate holders in the cadre of Sub Engineer

(Civil) in Kerala State Electricity Board. This request has been

made by Ext.P1 representation which is pending consideration

before the second respondent.

Having regard to the pendency of Ext.P1, the second

respondent shall consider Ext.P1 representation and pass orders

thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within 8 weeks

of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of this

writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
