                          J U D G M E N T

Learned Government Pleader has today served a copy of the

order passed as directed in Annexure A judgment, on the counsel for

the petitioners as promised on 13-10-2008. In the above

circumstances without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to

challenge the order now passed appropriately, this contempt case is

closed.
