                           J U D G M E N T

The prayer made in this writ petition is to grant instalment

facility to pay the tax due for the quarter ending 31/12/07.

Though the learned Government Pleader is objecting to the

request made by the petitioner, I am still inclined to permit the

petitioner to pay the tax due in two instalments, which shall be

payable on 1st December 2007 and 15th December 2007.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
