In pursuance of the order dated 13.10.2009 opposite party no. 2 is not present
before this Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to deposit the amount of Rs.
10,000/- on or before 27.1.2010. In case the aforesaid amount is deposited, the
notice shall be issued to opposite party no. 2 for her personal appearance
before this Court on 15.2.2010.

List on 15.2.2010. Till then interim order dated 13.10.2009 is extended. In
case the aforesaid amount is not deposited the interim order 13.10.2009 is
deemed vacated.
