Learned counsel for the opposite parties states that eligibility/seniority list has
been prepared and the DPC has also been fixed for considering the case of the
petitioners for promotion and necessary exercise is going on and the same will
be completed very soon.

The order dated 21.5.2009 of this Court was that the case of the petitioners’
for promotion be considered and complete the exercise within three months
which has not been done, therefore, the opposite parties will proceed
cautiously and decide the issue as early as possible .

List this petition in the third week of February 2010.
