                                 JUDGMENT

K.M. Joseph, J.

Petitioners have approached this Court seeking police

protection. A Counter Affidavit is filed by respondents 2 and 3.

Learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3 would submit that

respondents 2 and 3 have no intention to cause any threat to the life

of the petitioners. We record the said submission and as regards

the property rights, it is for the petitioners to approach the

competent Forum seeking appropriate reliefs.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
