05. 27.04.2011 Show-cause has been filed on behalf of

Contemnor, L. N. Mithila University, Darbhanga.

Reply to the show-cause has been filed on

behalf of the petitioner.

In the show-cause, filed by the Opposite

Parties, it has been stated that all admissible pre-

retiral dues relating to difference of salary, has been

paid to the petitioner, which comes to Rs.

8,86,982/-. The arrears have been calculated on the

basis of pre audit, done by the State Auditor

(Finance).

Petitioner in his rejoinder has stated that the

calculation has been made by the Opposite Parties

on the basis of reduced pay-scale, ignoring the pay

fixation made by the Deputy Secretary, Higher

Education, Government of Bihar and counter-signed

by the Sr. State Auditor. It has also been stated that

the date of promotion of the petitioner to the post of

Reader and to the post of University Professor has

also been changed.

for three weeks’ further time for filing

Supplementary Show-cause.

Time is allowed. Opposite Parties will make

payment of entire dues of the petitioner before filing

of the Supplementary Show-cause.

Put up this matter on 18th May, 2011,

retaining its position.

Another show-cause has been filed on behalf

of Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur,

annexing the reasoned order passed on the

representation filed by the petitioner.

Petitioner has option to challenge that

reasoned order so far the admissible dues are

concerned. It has been stated in the show-cause

that all payments have been made.
