Sri D.R. Misra, who has filed power on behalf of opposite party no.2, prays
for and is granted two weeks’ time to file the compliance affidavit. He states
that an order has been passed for payment of retiral dues by the Director and
the payment would be made to the petitioner very soon.

List in the third week of February, 2010. On the next date, Sri D.R. Misra will
inform the Court as what payment has been made and how far the judgment
of this Court has been complied with.
