Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Notice is not being issued to the respondents in view of the order which is
being passed.

Only prayer claimed in this writ petition is to direct the respondent no.1 to
decide the objection filed by the petitioner to the 6C Application in suit No.
519 of 2000 which is pending for the last one decade.

A perusal of the order sheet indicate that temporary injunction has been
extended from time to time. The petitioner having already filed objection, the
trial Court is directed to decide the objection, and 6C application of the
petitioner expeditiously preferably within 3 months.

With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of finally.
