Civil Misc. Correction Application No.177116 of 2010 is taken up for order.

In the correction application, the correction has been sought on the ground
that the order dated 02.06.2010 was dictated in two parts and in the last,
direction was issued by this Court to stay the transfer order.

In this view of the matter, put up this matter on 21.7.2010 at 1.45 p.m. in my
chamber. The order has been passed in presence of learned Standing Counsel
