Mohanan,J:

This writ petition is preferred seeking for a

direction to respondents 1 and 2 to afford adequate police

protection to the petitioner and the contractor’s workers from

respondents 4 to 7 for the construction work including loading

and unloading work.

2. Government Pleader appears for respondents 1

to 3. Pursuant to the notice issued, respondents 4 to 7

entered appearance. We have heard the matter.

3. The learned Government Pleader submits that

there is no law and order situation at all. The above

submission made by the learned Government Pleader is not

controverted. On the basis of the submission made by the

learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel for respondents

4 to 7, it appears that the main dispute is with respect to the

wage regarding the work carrying on in the establishment of

the petitioner. If that be so, this writ petition can be disposed

of relegating the parties to approach the third respondent,

possibility of settlement of the dispute regarding the wages.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
