Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, on going through the certificate relied upon by the learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the case of the applicant Shingara Singh is covered by the ratio of Dahram Pal v. Bail is hereby granted to Shingara Singh appellant during the pendency of the appeal to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Ferozepore.
