The Writ Petition was disposed of along with a batch of cases

under the impression that the matter involved in this Writ Petition is

similar to the matter involved in the batch of cases. It is true that

nobody pointed out that this case is not connected with other cases.

Yet the fact remains that this Writ Petition could not have been

disposed of along with other cases.

Hence the Review Petition is allowed. The judgment in so far as

it relates to W.P.(C)No.6112 of 2008 is set aside. Post the Writ

Petition for hearing before the appropriate court.
