Heard Sri R.S. Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned
standing counsel.

Despite several opportunities being granted for seeking instructions in this
matter,neither the counter- affidavit has been filed, nor any instruction has
come forward. On 7.1.2010, specifically it was stated that if the counter-
affidavit is not filed by the learned standing counsel on 18.1. 10 i.e. today,
the Court shall proceed to pass interim order. Accordingly, standing counsel is
granted two weeks time to file counter-affidavit.

Meanwhile, opposite party no. 2 and 3 are directed to consider the grant of
approval in the case of the petitioner as prayed for.

List after two weeks.
