Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
appearing for the State.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that
applicant is father-in-law of the deceased. There is general
allegation against the applicant.
Learned A.G.A. contended that applicant being father-in-law
was responsible for safe custody of the deceased. There
was dowry demand.
No overtact has been assigned to the applicant. The
applicant is in jail since 29.1.2010.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and
submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant
and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the
case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Ram Lolarakh Yadav involved in Case
Crime No. 298 of 2009, under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 120-
B, 201 IPC and section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act Police
Station Unj District Sant Ravidas Nagar, Bhadohi be
released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two
sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the
court concerned.
