These are four connected petitions. Out of these, three are arising
out of suit proceedings and one arising out of proceedings before
the consolidation authorities. The fate of three writ petitions
arising out of suit proceedings would ultimately depend upon the
decision in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 24638 of 2006
challenging the order of the Deputy Director of Consolidation and
the same should be made a leading case. The said writ petition
may be listed before appropriate court having jurisdiction in the
matter along with other connected matters showing the names of
the learned counsel appearing for the parties in all the cases.
Sri Pradeep Kumar appearing for the petitioners states that office
has wrongly connected Writ Petition No. 26134 of 1992 whereas
correct number is 26124 of 1992. The Writ Petition no. 26134 of
1992 is detached and in its place writ petition no. 26124 of 1992 is
connected along with leading case.
